In 2009, a local man called Patrick O'Leary was found on a bench in Windsor.  Tragically, he had died from cold and lack of care.

As a community, we said, "this must never happen again"

We launched that year, and have continued to grow ever since.  We'll be here, supporting the homeless and most vulnerable in Windsor, for as long as we are needed.
